Local Travel
I am happy to take a session anywhere a client may need me. I try to accommodate all my clients as best as I can, and strive to uphold excellent service standards. However, please understand, I can't always do so for free.
Therefore I require a travel fee for any service outside of my 15 mile general coverage zone, from the La Porte, TX area. The fee is variable depending on the distance needed to travel for the desired shoot location.
My travel fees coordinate to the mileage radius zones below as follows:
Inner Zones
Black Circle
Everything within this area is my general coverage zone. The black circle marks a 15 mile radius. Any location within this area will NOT require a travel fee.
Purple Circle
The purple circle marks a 20 mile radius. Any location within the purple circle but outside the black circle will have a $20 travel fee added.
Blue Circle
The blue circle marks a 25 mile radius. Any location within the blue circle but outside the purple circle will have a $25 travel fee added.
Green Circle
The green circle marks a 30 mile radius. Any location within the green circle but outside the blue circle will have a $30 travel fee added.
Outer Zones
Dark Pink Circle
The dark pink circle marks a 35 mile radius. Any location within the dark pink circle but outside the green circle will have a $35 travel fee added.
Crimson Circle
The crimson circle marks a 40 mile radius. Any location within the crimson circle but outside the dark pink circle will have a $40 travel fee added.
Orange Circle
The orange circle marks a 45 mile radius. Any location within the orange circle but outside the crimson circle will have a $45 travel fee added.
Yellow Circle
The yellow circle marks a 50 mile radius. Any location within the yellow circle but outside the orange circle will have a $50 travel fee added.
Outside of 50 miles?
No problem! I'm happy to work with you to make your vision come to life. Any client that wishes to have a session at a location that exceeds a 50 mile radius will need to contact me for a customized quote.
Destination Shoot?
Yes I do destination shoots on location. For anyone who may be interested in this service please reach out for a quote.
